  1. Man I would love to do these maintenance myself, but need a lot of tools and space! I take my car to oil change at a shop. They never mention about these other stuff such as transmission fluid, coolant, cleaning radiator, engine air filter, spark plug, etc. Been going to same shop for 10 yrs.. Should I show them this check list, and ask if they could help me do proper maintenance?

  2. Was just trying to find a good first car instead found myself crying the first two minutes. God bless you chris for blessing this beautiful family.

  3. Awesome Job bro, watching your content for a couple years now and I love the thorough work you put in. Keep it solid bro and all the best.

  4. Wow. Amazing. Just amazing. Youve helped these families tremendously, and you also helped me sooo much. ❤ I just recently got into cars and was completely lost with the flood of parts. Thus video did an incredible job at explaining the basics of what to do. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤

  5. I have a 2018 Ford Escape and have had to remove my wiper arms and cowl panel before, this may be something unique to the newer Escapes, but I figured out real quick that before I install the wiper arms and line them up on the windshield, I need to turn the car on and run the wiper motors at least one cycle. Before I started doing that the wipers would get stuck in strange positions and didn't function normally at all. Now it's something I do any time I take the wiper arms off any car, just in case.

  6. 15:29 this is not controversial, this is a fact, you need to pre fill the oil filter

Edit: Chris, thank you so much for teaching me the stuff that I know about cars

  7. As a veteran, thank you for taking care of us. My dream is to start a charity to give vehicles to single mothers who have suffered from domestic violence and teach their sons how to maintain them. I grew up in a home like this and at 35 I am finally teaching myself all the things about cars I wish I had a father to teach me.

  8. Dude. I love Chrisfix videos. I’ve been watching them for years. Everytime something happens to one of my cars, this is my first stop bc there’s usually a video for that specific problem. I mean: multiple makes and models. And multitudes of fixes for each. Bc depending on the make. The process can be wildly different. Thank you again. This video was awesome. Your heart is in the right place.

  9. Thanks chrisfix for the BlueDriver tip. Just bought one via your link 🙂 Great seeing how much you give back to the world 🙂

  10. I have a friend lives down in Kissimmee Florida. He owns a PT Cruiser he purchased it used a couple years ago. I was wondering if you could take a look at it and repair it for him? I will pay for the parts and service. He does not have air conditioner working and it gets extremely hot. He is almost 50 works at a Shoney’s as a cook. Or do you a mechanic in that area that can do it?
