The Philadelphia Police Department needs the publics assistance in locating Missing persons Jesse Nicotera last seen on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at approximately 7:30 AM. Jesse left his residence on 13xx S. Carlisle Street in his vehicle, a 2001 Gray Toyota Sedan.
Jesse is 5’10, 140 lbs., with hazel eyes; he was last seen wearing an orange T-shirt and brown pants.
