The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 56-year-old Missing Person Howard Peace. He was last seen at 3:00 P.M., on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021, on the 63XX block of Harbison Avenue.
He is 5’5″, 190 lbs., heavy build. Â He was last seen wearing grey shorts, light blue polo shirt and blue cross.
