The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Missing Endangered Person Kendra Taylor. She was last seen by her father at 8:00 P.M., on Monday July 5th, 2021, from the 1200 block of N. 59th St.
She is 5’3″, 140 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion, long black braided hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a green shirt, green shorts and may be riding a white bicycle. She suffers from a medical condition and is known to frequent the area of 52nd and Lancaster Avenue (around the Dunkin donuts).
