The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Persons Randolph Shaird. Mr. Shaird was last seen at his residence on 9XX North 7th Street at approximately 6:45 am on April 6, 2021.
Mr. Shaird is 62 years old, 5’11, 160lbs, with brown eyes, bald, clean-shaven with a mustache; he was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket and baseball cap both with white trim, a light blue shirt, grey sweatpants with a red block rimmed by black and white bands on the front of the left leg, black & white sneakers, a dark blue lanyard with white ID card attached. Carrying a brown suede backpack by hand. Mr. Shaird may have taken a bus at 7th & Girard Avenue.
