The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Esmeralda Santiago, nickname Kiki. She was last seen at 11:15 A.M., on Thursday, July 15th, 2021, on the 16XX block of Annin Street.
She is 49″, 133 lbs., medium build, medium complexion, brown eyes and auburn/brown long hair. She was last seen wearing a black bodysuit with white letter writing and navy-blue hoody with pink letters “Old Navy”.
