The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Harmoni Parrot. On Thursday, May 20, 2021, Harmoni was last seen by her mother at their residence, 18XX West Juniata Street, at approximately 11:30 pm.
Harmoni is 13 years old, 5’5″, 165lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair; she was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, blue jean jacket, gold, and black glasses, grey, and white New Balance running shoes. Harmoni may be in the area of 20XX N. Orianna Street.
