The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Missing juvenile Monroe Rodney. He was last seen at 1:41 P.M., on Saturday, July 0th, 2021, from the 1700 block of Edgley St.
He is 57″ 130lbs. small build, medium brown complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing an orange T-shirt, gray swim trunks and black socks with crocs.
