The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Shaniyah Whitehead. She was last seen at 12:30 A.M., on Tuesday, May 18th, 2021, on the 1XX block of Roselyn Street.
She is 5’5″, 240 lbs., heavy build, medium brown complexion, long black hair braided, brown eyes and tattoo on right forearm of blue rose.
