The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Victoria Rakhuarger. She was last seen at 2;00 P.M., on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021, on the 11XX block of West Rockland Street.
She is 51″, 205 lbs., heavy build, white complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dress unknown color.
