The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Andre Carter. Andre was last seen at 13XX South Corlies Street, on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at approximately 8:30 am.
Andre is 39-years old, 5’9, 190 lbs., medium build, brown eyes, black hair, and a full beard; he frequents a church located at 50th and Baltimore Avenue and uses Septa as the main source transportation.
