The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Devoshan Kegler. She was last seen at 11:45 P.M., on Wednesday , May 19th, 2021, on the 58XX block of Delancey Street.
She is 140 lbs., thin build, light brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes. Â She was last seen wearing a black jeans, grey hooded sweatshirt and white crocs.
