The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Missing Juvenile London Barabin-Solomon. She was last seen on Sunday, May 19th, 2021, at 6:30 P.M., while on the 1600 block of Ivy Hill Rd.
She is 4’8â€, 125 lbs., small build, medium complexion, brown eyes, long black/brown hair. She was wearing a white shirt and white jeans with rips in the knees.
