The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 60-year-old Missing Person Phillip Parker. He was last seen at 5:30 P.M., on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, on the 48XX block of Ogle Street.
He is 5’10”, 120 lbs., thin build, blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, shorts and sneakers. He likes to frequent the area of Fountain and Umbria Street.
