The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 70-year-old Missing Person Stephen Staley. He was last seen at 2:10 P.M., on Monday, June 28th, 2021, on the 51XX block of North Broad Street.
He is 5’7″, 147 lbs, thin build, light complexion, blue eyes, grey hair and grey beard. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
