The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 33-year-old Missing Person Tyson Smalls. He was last seen at 12:00 A.M., on Friday, July 2nd, 2021, on the 1XX block of Spencer Street.
He is 57″, 220 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
