The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Shiann Howard. Shiann resides on the 1500 block of Olney Avenue; she was last seen on Saturday, April 24th, in the area of 5th and Olney Avenue; she is also known to frequent Broad and Olney Avenue.
Shiann is 13-years old, 4’11â€, 130lbs, brown eyes, and black hair; she was last seen wearing black shorts and a black tank top.
