============

Subsequent investigation determined that Leach was last seen in the early morning hours of April 16, 1988, at a high school pre-graduation party given by a classmate in rural Leavenworth County, Kansas.

Leach had driven to the party in his mother’s gray 1985 Dodge 600 4-door sedan.

During the course of the investigation, no one was located who saw Leach or his vehicle leave the party.

To date, neither Leach nor his vehicle has been located.

The investigation to date has produced sufficient information to believe that Leach has been the victim of foul play in this missing person case.

In this episode of Adventures with Purpose, we travel to Linwood, Kansas from Oregon in search of Randy Leach who has been missing for 32-years.

Missing Since: 04/15/1988
Missing From: Linwood, Kansas
Classification Non-Family Abduction
Sex: Male
Race: White
Date of Birth: 07/25/1970 (50)
Age: 17 years old
Height and Weight: 6’3, 220 pounds
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue pocket t-shirt, blue Levi’s jeans, white low-cut sneakers and white socks.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Randy has a mole on his left ear.

The deeper we got into this investigation, the stranger it became.

Was Randy part of a sacrifice?

Was he taken out for witnessing a drug shipment gone wrong?

Did he end up in the trunk of his mother’s car and driven across state lines to be disposed of in a car shredder?

Is there a police cover-up in this small rural community?

While we feel there are people who know what happened to Randy, there also is a reason they have not come forward.

Even though Harold and Alberta would like to find out who is responsible for Randy’s disappearance, the only thing they want more is to find Randy.

Larry and Betty have set up a FB Page in Search of Randy Leach.

  1. I’m from a small town in Kansas and have been following this case for years. I believe there are people that know what happened. People in small towns know everything about everyone

  2. AWP deserve public support. These are a bunch of great guys comimg together to help total strangers. These men have families of their own and they sacrifice that time to be out there for those that call for their professional talents. Many blessings to this team and I will do all I can to support their efforts.

  3. Hello this is so sad , these poor parents are being tortured by people who don’t want to help , If they had a missing child they would want help I’m sure ❤️❤️❤️for his loved ones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

  4. The mom keeps saying I'm sorry while trying to explain when she noticed her son didn't come home and not knowing what do absolutly breaks me. Let it out mama. You obviously loved your son more then words can describe. I hope his mom can find peace now that the dads gone. Bless her

  5. Unconscious(lots of times, conscious) Biases!!!

Three or four episodes for this young man, and disappearance of over two decades ago?!

Kerena McClerkin…..And it’s nice that you all went down to Kokomo to help….

However, “unconscious biases effect a persons actions on an unconscious level…..You are not always aware why you do, or do NOT do certain things.

This situation, LIKE “Kerena’s families situation, is horrific, no doubt about it…but…..Investment?

Unconscious Biases; that’s the phrase for today!

  6. Someone knows something. I urge that person to send the family or AWP an anonymous note with details of where Randy is PLEASE 🙏

  7. I've been watching your channel since you guys were cleaning up lakes and creeks and hunting for "treasure". I remember watching a video of you reuniting a lost item with its owner and was impressed by how you seemed happier returning the item than you did while finding it. Since then I've watched your channel evolve into something you never intended. Your unique skillset and compassion for others has transformed your channel into a long overdue and much needed service for families with lost loved ones. I know you never planned on this becoming your career and I can only imagine how difficult it must be to deal with so much emotional pain. You recently posted a video about how you needed to take a break and you actually apologized to us. Jared, two years ago you were simply a Youtuber who filmed dives for fun. You never planned to spend all your time traveling around the country, searching the depths for missing people while their loved ones watched nearby. I can't imagine the intense pressure you must be under, the frustration you experience dealing with local authorities, the nightmares you must have after the terrible sights you've been privy to and the loneliness you must experience spending so much time away from your family… and you do all of this for free. Take all the time you need. I miss seeing you happy and excited about reuniting people with their lost treasures. It's been a long time since your reunions ended in something other than tears. I'd love to see you post some light hearted, "treasure hunting" dives every now and then. My mom was a homicide detective and she forgot how to be happy after a few years. I don't want to see that to happen to you. I don't want that to happen to any of you. Take care and remember how much you are loved.

  8. The compassion and empathy Jarod has for the family, always makes me believe there’s still people in the world like you!!

  9. Thank you so much for doing your best to find him. His family has done a great job of keeping his case in the news. So heartbreaking for them.

  10. That has to be so infuriating and frustrating not knowing what happened to someone you loved when they dissappear. Someone knows what happened him to make them suffer all these years is just evil. His father passed on never knowing what happened to his son that's just wrong. Someone could write a letter anonymously saying what happened to him if they know so his mother can at least know before her time comes give her that at least.

  11. With you guys I wouldn't be surprised if it was 15-20 cars just because people know you guys are in town to find them 😉!!!

  12. I enjoy these searches, I know some people want the program in a shortened form but I really enjoy the way you guys go step by step with all the details.

  13. Ok not to be rude but you have a cone head with that beenie on. Just thought I'd throw a little humour you're way.!? 😂🤣

  14. First time commenting on your channel….

Mr and Mrs Leach seem like amazing loving people. I pray for peace for them and hope they find Randy soon and can find some answers. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  15. If it looks like a Duck & Quacks Like A Duck it's a Duck! Outside Law Enforcement shouldve come in a very.long time ago ! Too much conspiracy, secrecy… too much is not coincidence.
What happened to.the Body parts ? They should've been tested. Someone knows where they are !🙏😪😪🙏

  16. June 07, 2022, will be 4 years since my husband had a massive heart attack and die. I have been having depression and missing him terribly; I can not imagine my son coming up missing for this many years. I would have not have survived him being missing. He is my only child.
    Prayers for the family.
Sorry to here the Father passed away.

  17. You can bet Police involvement, the lengths they can go to cover a crime up and or protect a family member is unimaginable, but they can do it.
In their eyes in these instances it's ok the snuff a persons life out, but not ours , keep digging, those party goers back then know lots more. RIP 💐💐💐

  18. If my son went missing and body parts were found in a possible location, I would fight my way up to the President to get answers who those body parts belong to.
    Strange. Very strange.

  19. One of the most important things I see in these videos is the way they honor the deceased and the love family and friends have for them! Regardless of circumstances the victims stories are treated with great respect . Randy was and obviously loved deeply by his parents and as a mom I hurt to hear them talk about desperately seeking closure. It's sad they didn't have much help since 1988. 😔. Thank you AWAP for the compassion and strength you have for hurting families. My prayers are with you and every prescious lives you search for.
