CASE DETAILS
Kenny, his sister, and a female friend drank at a Yazoo, Mississippi bar, Charlie’s Lounge, and then the women dropped Stricklin off at Manasco’s Auto & Heavy Equipment Body Works, where he was working on a truck.
He has never been heard from again.
He was driving his brown 1979 Chevrolet long-wheelbase pickup truck with the Louisiana license plate number T809798.
The vehicle, which had a missing rear window, has not been recovered.
Authorities searched the Yazoo River several times after Stricklin’s disappearance and once found his toolbox, which contained a screwdriver and electrical tools.
No other evidence was located, however.
Stricklin was employed as a car salesman and electrician at the time of his disappearance.
His family believes he met with foul play, but little evidence is available in his case.

Never ever use small isolated ripples on the surface as an indicator of shallow water. Could be a tree laid down in 10ft of water with a 9.5ft limb sticking up just a few inches below the surface.
Unless you can see bedrock characteristics along the bank or the water is clear enough to actually see the bottom only trust your sonar.
A big cb antenna just below the surface could easily cause small ripples like that as well.

I don't know anything about diving or recovering vehicles but I had a thought. You always have to worry about losing the contents out your down windows. I don't know if it's even feasible, but couldn't you get some custom made window tarps that are completely surrounded by high powered magnets so you could just stick them over these windows?

I feel like this dude has already been found and is a John Doe elsewhere. And his truck was dumped and at this point could be 6 mi downriver with all the flooding and stuff over 30 years. Or it could be under a landslide that happened from the torrential waters. But I don't think that man ever went into the water.

Such a heartfelt video but hearing the woman laugh and joke about how a woman said she was raped made me feel sick, I don't get how someone can laugh about that whether the statement is true or not. You were there to help them look for a relative and when you found a clue to another crime they just mocked it and that's disgusting.
