It's also time to hold parents accountable for what they have in their households. I have seen, through many daycare situations little kids, especially little boys who have horrendous anger issues, way past what is normal for a 3 or 4-year-old and sometimes younger. These kids are not learning this by themselves. They may have a genetic disposition towards impulse activity, but they don't learn the actual violent acts all by themselves. Parents need to start recognizing red flags in their kids. For instance, when a child hurts an animal as a toddler, they need to be taught that that animal is a living breathing feeling thing. Not that it doesn't count because it's not a person.
