  1. Idk ice been assaulted before and I've had many really creepy awful encounters with men of all ages so idk I would think that was happening especially if he didn't yell "look out! " or maybe another curse word when he knew he was going to crash. That also seems odd to me. To not yell something about wtf are you doing to her when you saw the crash coming. Idk I think its all suspect and if she really was in the wrong and all he wanted was his medical bills paid that she'd just settle it out of court. Instead of all this bad publicity. I think she's being honest bc that amount of money isn't much to her. I think it's the principal.

  2. Okay so I'm going to say this, I think that over the years Gwyneth has gotten pretty detached from reality, but even I would have wondered why something is going between my legs and someone is grunting, like is this guy pleasuring himself against me? I would wonder that, and I'm surebthis guy saw it as a pay day. Yes he's older , yes the fall itself could have hurt him and yes I think she's probably really entitled. I'd say if I was her I'd rent a cabin and hire workers from here on to ski privately. But all of this is pretty ridiculous

  3. Paltrows lawyer (Owens) was amazingly good. His corky style took some getting used to, but by the end of trial, I felt like I just witnessed very high end litigation

  4. There’s a rule that we have to share information?!? These aren’t cars, kinda sound like there was no property damage so it’s fine to just continue on down right?

  5. Well, the actress blinks a brutal amount like she's slightly embarrassed and grins excessively like a fool. Is this really an honest person who is confident in her work and does not betray her own non-verbal signals that appear on her face regardless of her will?
