This was very hard for me to watch!! Being a victim it really made me I'll! But Jan Broberg delivered so much power to my soul I don't regret watching it at ALL! I watched the documentary in chunks as it was a lot to stomach. I have a 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son.. Disturbing. I blame this on the weak father letting the enemy and predator through the gates. Men, hold be aware of all threats and address them immediately. Also, workout and look intimidating and be present in your kids lives. Predators see all the weaknesses in their victims. This monster should have been dealt with, if you know what I mean.

My EX brother in law looks JUST LIKE this perv. He was a perv as well, and tried to make my sister and their daughters walk around the house unclothed. I am so glad they got divorced. He and his friends gave me the creeps.
I see God really working in your life to touch others. You rock girl. I have been raped in such a bad way. I use my event to help other girls who have had that experience too. As a teacher, my art room is called a decompression zone.
There's no way I will allow a neighbor friend or family member who is a grown man to be around my daughter. I watch everything. I never could understand how gullible parents allow their kids to be abused from the inside and act like they didn't know. Smdh

Mormons have a lot of crimes among them involving abuse of children and spouse murders. Lori Vallow etc. People believing blatant outlandish lies and stories because their religion teaches them to believe lies and to forgive horrible behaviour like all religions.

Fact that after she was kidnapped, he pled insane and only got six months in a mental hospital for what he did to her

Thank you for this video. I am so sorry, Jan, that this horrible person came into your life. I was abused from 6-8 by a neighbor's son who lived below us who my mother would make us stay with when she'd go out on errands. He abused both me and my brother. We could never tell anyone. Only when I was 22 did I even remember it happening, then it took me another 10 years to finally bring it up with my brother, who then confirmed everything right down to the description of the white chiffon curtains hanging in the room. I don't mean to throw shade on any group, but I would never feel comfortable letting a man or teen boy babysit any children. And, I agree that it is important for survivors to tell someone whom you trust to start healing. Best wishes to everyone!

I am not playing the "Devil's Advocate" here but in all her photos with the kidnapper her eyes look like Jack Nickolson's from "The Shining"….indicating something wrong with her psychology…if I were her parent that would have been a strong alarm bell for me
