9. This was a wonderful, uplifting, positive portrayal of LEARNING. Taking the terrible, and making it beneficial. Polly's life purpose is clearly seen. God will take bad, and use it for good. This is a great example. My heart goes out to all those injured by this crime. The hurt goes farther than we know. I pray that they are comforted and find their purpose that may stem from this crime. Ana and Kim, this interview was a blessing!

35. I was 20 years old when this happened and I had just had my first son 4 months prior. I was absolutely terrified and devastated by this story. It showed me how truly scary people in this world can be. You can never be too careful and mindful. This heartbreaking story in our headlines everyday, made me be a more cautious person. To look at my surroundings everywhere I go, exits, entrances, fire alarmed doors. I know it might seem over the top for some but I felt it necessary to always be on alert. Never go to sleep without your home secured, and never trust anyone who gives you even the slightest unsettling feeling. That instinct can save your life.
