Idiocy sometimes reigns in the realm of the Civil Rights Lawyer, who should be stripped of his license. A 13 year old is very different than a 3 year old. The former has reached the age of reason and, if his parents and teachers had done their duty, the child would know he was in the wrong to sell flowers without a license. Failing to cease the peddling can be grounds for arrest.

In Houston Texas, on most likely every other corner Mexican women sell flowers or stand with a sign saying someone died in their family….this happens daily and No One does anything to them. People think that black people are aggressive but my question to them is why do they think that is….come on they are scared when they see the color black no matter if your 10 or 90.. period. They call for back up all the time for any black person they pull over no matter what… seatbelt violation…6 officers…it doesn't matter..
