  1. Congratulations Chief, we are very proud of you, It's a challenge but a great opportunity to lead , develop/ fine tune your skill sets and make a difference now and in the future, Eventually other major opportunities will land in your lap, never sacrifice your professionalism, integrity and ethics

  2. Hi from Temecula, CA Dan and Will – this podcast definitely gets five stars for inspiration and motivation. My hope is that a lot of young boys, men (and people in general) see it because I think inspiration and motivation are two of the things that are missing in so many peoples lives right now. I think it will do a lot to help stoke other peoples fire. I know it stoked mine. Thanks. Hubby and I enjoy watching you both work on OPL. We like to try to guess which scenes will make the opening.

  3. Africa this is what happened to some of us over here after we were kidnapped and enslaved by evil people. We turned into “them” mentally. They got him as a child in foster care I’m sure. Smh it’s a shame. Yes you are associated with those “people”…the origins of policing came from slave patrols in the 1700’s here in America so of course we don’t want to talk to you…duh lol 😂 Ask yourself why it’s like that in our communities across the country young buck…do that homework!

  4. What a great interview! CHIEF ARMSTRONG what a great role model for youth now a days. Great great persone you are! Be proud of what you have accomplished. Your daughter will be so proud!

  5. I believe actively as of now Will Armstrong is the younger Police Chief. A City/Town in Ohio had a 21 year old Police Chief in 2021. Wether or not that individual is actively a Chief or not, I do not know.

All I do know is that in my personal opinion there is no better , deserving, right minded, goal oriented person out there that is more deserving then Chief William D. Armstrong of Brookfield, NC.

Congratulations Chief, the OPL Nation congrats you and hopes you a strong, healthy, safe Career. You deserve it. Way to keep your mind set, focused, goals set, aligned and aim for them.

Now, to see you become like the Director of a Law Enforcement organizations (if NC has one) like Director of NC Law Enforcement for the State of North Carolina.

God Bless you and ALL Law Enforcement Officers around the Country and the World. As well as ALL Emergency Service, First Responders and Service Members!

  6. That’s My Brother in BLUE, I love ❤️ seeing him on OP every Friday and Saturday Night. I’m a retired Marine and Detective Police Captain 👨‍✈️. GOD Bless Him and all of My BROTHERS In BLUE. THANK YOU For This Great PROGRAM.

  7. My husband and I were licensed foster parents when our three girls were very young (we adopted our 1st son after fostering him straight from the NICU) and we found after 3 years and almost 20 children having been placed in our care (some for just a night) we had had enough. It’s just heartbreaking to have precious little ones (we mostly took only children from newborn to 5) being returned to rather horrible homes and have other children being taken away for petty nonsense. Most of the children we cared for that returned to their parents did not turn out like this young police chief. What a remarkable guy!

  8. This guy got VERY VERY lucky as a kid, only coming across role model cops.

The problem now is… cops draw their guns, even when approaching a compliant car. Police corruption is still at ridiculous levels.

It's nice to know there are still a few good cops out their.

  9. Honestly, I think it's not great to have a "chief" so young, albeit he's in a tiny dept. but I also think the best LE are the ones that have lived and seen some and lived some things. Being a crook, or being a innocent preacher boy isn't the best path to working the streets and getting hired cause you've never broke the law isn't the best way for actual police work

I will say, he's speaking the truth on most things. It might not be popular or PC, but he's dead right about everything he said.

  10. This guy! What an outstanding human, I'm so impressed with the way he carries himself, law enforcement IS a noble profession and the law needs people like him. Don't know where his parents are now so as a mother who's son served previously as a Sheriff, I want to say to Will, "I'm proud of you son".
