Seems to me his council all think he's guilty?
Didn’t he drive the exact car they were looking for and he is a close drive from the victims home? Why would the Attorney not understand how they started looking at him as a suspect?
It is a sketchy case at best! They need to keep looking for the criminal.

A rush to judgment here. Things are being based on bushy eyebrows. I find it unbelievable that there’s a little teeny weenie piece of blood on a knife sheath when a murder like this would have to be blood all over the place with everybody’s blood on it. It is impossible not to find some of this blood in his car or anywhere he’s affiliated with there’s always something. The sheth could’ve been planet. It seems everybody talking is making up series and making it fact when it’s not where is the concrete evidence whatever he did back in his house in Pennsylvania people have weird wave doing things in their lives at times does not make him guilty. I don’t see anything in this case, if I were a juror sure I could find him guilty because there is nothing positive or anything that makes sense. All I see is guessing and people wanting to be the one to call this and their basing bs as facts and analyzing this guy on hearsay what people are all joining the bandwagon are saying !!! …somethings really wrong with this case

Odd things. He was charged with robbery and murder. What was stolen? How were 4 people killed without no one screaming to warn others? He broke several windows to get in, and this didn't wake any of the 6 people there? And the big question is what was his motive to slaughter them?
There were no shocking details, just a boring hearing on evidence. None of it had to do with Kohberger. Rotten thumbnail.
This is a death penalty case! As long as Brian Kohberger gets a FAIR TRIAL noone should care! It's not their CASE ! ANYONE with common knowledge should want that. THis isn't a case you rush. You want to make sure all evidence is in for both parties, etc,etc!
The defence is stalling for a reason.The longer it is postponed the better for the defence.If they cannot prove innocence after all this time it is a red flag for me.These lawyers are slick.

It’s called DNA lady BK left his DNA at the crime scene. That’s how they came to that conclusion.
My mother knew what my father was doing to me since the age of 5 till I was 32 years old. She chose not to do anything because she would lose her meal ticket. Money was much more important to her.
Funny how the president of UI was sitting in with law enforcement on a quadruple murder that didn’t even happen on campus. Seems like the University runs the whole city.

If he were innocent, he would want his case to move forward as quickly as possible. He wants to sit in county jail because the conditions are better than prison. I wish they would go for the death penalty.
