3. 19:15 AND an 'unresolved' death (my word), I just found out, of an older kid found dead in shallow water under a bridge. They ruled it 'accidental' but how did they decide that? And yet it seems, even another dead body besides that, but I am unsure of this one…still digging to see if it is true. 4 all in one place is horrid, but you assume there has to be just one story to it. To learn of more, is troubling.

5. WHY on earth does it take US so damn long to get a trial??? He committed his crimes in 2022, but his trial isn't until June 2025? That is absolutely ludicrous!!! Here in UK, he would have been tried, sentenced AND BEHIND BARS by now. You guys need to get your justice system sorted, asap!

9. Face it the judge could have put in a gility pleas for him and make him walk the plank pronto with all the evidence they have against him. So wait until the guys who are familiar with all that evidence to retire so she might get an advantage.

11. Think of how a juror who found him not guilty would go on living in that town—they wouldn’t! If you want justice, you’ll make sure the trial is fair and proper.
    I think the sorority killed those kids and blamed him to cover it up, but that’s another issue.

14. Doesn’t matter if it’s moved, this case & details went national! It would only be a burden to the families to attend. Defense is only grandstanding as I’m sure prosecution has more evidence on this guy whose own family doesn’t even support him!! He comes off as a stone cold killer who thinks he was smart enough to get away with this.

15. In a complex case like this a knowledgeable jury will be beneficial.

17. They were involved in some drug organization and they screwed their supplier or something and got killed. They were probably selling drugs to every one in the area.

18. Excuse me, Mr. Entin, but our right to a fair trial and all the rights that go into assuring a fair trial are VITAL. The police don't always get it right; they often don't seem to care, even when they've demonstrably gotten it wrong. (I'm looking forward to seeing the evidence in this trial, and I don't have an opinion on Kohberger's guilt or innocence beyond his innocence until proven guilty.) If the police arrested someone you love for a serious crime, I'm sure you'd want them and other representatives of the state/justice system to follow all those silly rights for defendants.

    (The victims' families should also want a prosecution done correctly to ensure a conviction that stands. Not to mention that the same rights that protect the defendant protect them, too.)

20. The sheath with his dna found in the crime scene if knowing he had any opportunities to have been in the house is an unthinkable because nowhere the his dna could have been there acidentally

21. Still waiting for the smoking gun proof of evidence if that dna on the knife sheath is not enough. There were four victims and if either one of these dnas were found in his car it should be enough to convict him. Otherwise all the circumstancial evidence while maybe considered strong could still exonerate him

27. First interview I’ve seen that they are not biased. Appreciate that. So many holes in this case and most people ignore it.

29. This isn't about the prosecution, this isn't about the defense, this is about Bryan having a fair trial.

30. You couldn't move it far enough from the county to get a fairer trial. Everybody in The Pacific Northwest has heard about it and we all feel strongly about it one way or another.

31. Why a year from now for the trial?? Crazy they just want people to forget. We are not forgetting!!

32. I don't think the case should be moved, jurors are sensible, evidence is evidence, should BK be guilty, a plea deal is another matter if he is guilty . . .

33. Why is he in that vicinity so much when he attends another college?? I think he saw the girls working at vegan diner, honed in on them as an obsession & planned a blitz attack that mirrors what Bundy did at colleges. Budding serial killer who thought he was smarter & never would be caught.

    as soon as they saw that photo"s and info of Bryan and traffic cams and door cams.

36. I do not blame Kaylee's family for wanting the death penalty. He should have allready been sentenced in my opinion.
