33. That first cop was way over the top and handled that whole situation poorly. He's definitely on a power trip. What a jerk. He needs to work somewhere where there are real crimes going on, like Los Angeles with drugs, armed robberies , car theft, etc. and not people just out on a boat having a drink. If they were operating a vessel while under the influence, it would be understandable. But this is not that at all.
