Why is Jennifer guilty? What did she do wrong? I understand that it's illegal to buy a gun for a child, but it was James who bought the gun, not Jennifer.
I feel it's time for parents to wake up and start taking responsibility for their children. Our children need to feel safe and be safe. This should have been a law years ago.

They have absolutely no remorse. And for James to try and say he's on the same side as the Myre family and "won't stop until he gets the truth". There's been a trial, you're guilty, and the Myre family despise your existence..
She completely contradicts herself trying to explain her statement about if she could go back and do anything different she wouldn't.. It wasn't misunderstood, we all know you were trying to avoid a conviction but you stuffed up Jen. Have fun for the next 15 years

If I was shown that drawing done by my child there’s no way I could go to work and concentrate on my job. I’d be ringing around for a therapist appointment for that same day and no way would I leave his side. I’d be broken that he was so unhappy and disturbed. Rest in peace beautiful young people.

parents are liable for their children's actions if they are negligent in recognizing and taking action in mitigating a situation that could have been avoided… but this is not the answer to America's gun and shooting problem… America needs common sense gun laws otherwise these events would just continue to happen… sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims

Let's say the parents of the next School massacre had the guns and ammo locked up securely and their child decided to grab the biggest kitchen knife out of the drawer, go to school and stab and kill multiple people, would the parents still be charged The same way? Would they be fine? Culpable because they didn't secure the kitchen knives? I get it. They ignored the red flags and everything and did not get their child the help that he needed, but would we still be having the same trial if he used a kitchen knife instead of a firearm?
The eye roll was from Jennifer's attorney. Not Jennifer.
The fact that I would have immediately believed it if it would have been Jennifer to have rolled her eyes, shows how she has shown her despicable personality during this case!
I have read that it was her attorney who did this and having seen the shameful behavior of that attorney, is just as much not giving any doubt she did it!

I hate to say it but tragedies like this one caused by irresponsible parents are only going to keep happening. The amount of parents i’ve seen that choose to ignore or even excuse their kid’s bad behavior in the name of it being “normal” and “that’s what kids do” is only increasing.
This mom said it herself: she thought her kid was normal. Everyday more parents are wholeheartedly believing that bad behavior or mental health problems are normal and their kids will only grow out of it and there’s no changing their mind
