24. Okay I cannot understand this at all how or why is it so hard for them to just get a court order for him to take a polygraph and for him to do whatever else needs to be done it's that simple. Where there's a will there's a way and that means there's a loop hole through everything. If you keep doing the same thing you're going to get the same results I would suggest approaching everything in a different way to get his confession or whatever. 36. Update: Dec 2021 Bryan Westfall suffered a stroke and died the next day. Apparently LE had been ramping up their investigation.
    Police arent closing Amanda's case yet. They are hoping with his death that people might come forward now.
    Also, i read that Hannah's bio dad died 2007. Not sure if she was close with him.
