A Pennsylvania district attorney shared graphic new details about the abuse suffered by 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland, allegedly at the hands of her father, Rendell Hoagland, and stepmother, Cindy Warren. Prosecutors say the couple filmed videos of the alleged abuse and texted those videos to each other. If a parent comes forward and says the other parent is abusive, that is the home that the child will go to is the one that is accused of being abusive it happened time and time again and the other parent literally begs for law enforcement, CPS, and that you just so system to please please save their child and they won’t do it. Where were the ADULT siblings while this child was being abused to death. Did they visit? Did they speak with her. Why did they not know that she was suffering? Now that she's dead because of the horrific abuse she received, here are her ADULT siblings johnny on the spot, filing a lawsuit. The care and concern should have happened before she was abused to death. Now, here, they are trying to make a quick buck off of her death. In some ways they are responsible too. How do you show up after her death? But apparently not be there when she was being abused.

They need to reopen to prior case where her ex was convicted of murdering a child. I’ll bet there is evidence of her complicity.
A home visit might not have uncovered the abuse at that one visit, but it puts the parents on alert they are being watched and puts the family on the radar of CPS for future complaints. The DAs statement was ignorant.
This could have been preventable. If the school district would have stepped in and call the police, Malinda would possibly have been saved.
