The cop knew that they had no reason to stop him in the first place at all. The cop could’ve caused an accident for no good reason.
The cop is lying because you can’t estimate a persons speed when they are approaching you it’s not possible according to physics. This cop has no idea how fast he was moving. The passenger doesn’t have to identify unless the passenger has committed a crime. Why did the cop 👮♀️ shine his light into the car from the opposite side of the road.
The spot light was to see the race of the driver.
This looks like profiling to me. Especially when he asked for every passenger’s ID and it sounded to me (not 100% sure) that each of them were black and he was white.
So blinding an oncoming vehicle’s driver is a good way to judge speed! The officer is a liar!
Cop blinded driver in order to see race & then choose to illegally pull him over with a speeding excuse in order to arrest the occupants. Cop is lawless & racist.
The cop that pulled them over is from the future and is actually from the police force in minority report.
I blinded you with my spotlight, so I could see what you looked like, so in case you were going to speed away, after I stopped you because I'm guessing you were speeding, and I'm pulling you over for speeding. Good Lord. These cops keeping getting worse, and their justification for illegally pulling over people, harassing, detaining, arresting, assaulting, and worst case killing innocent citizens who have not committed any crime. God help us!
As soon as he shined that spotlight I would've dumped the car into the ditch and filed a lawsuit lmao
You cannot estimate someone’s speed coming at them. That’s BS right there
The officer is lying about the PC for the traffic stop. In the middle of the night it is almost impossible to estimate the speed of an object moving toward you. I feel that this was racial. Every stop I made needed to be justified because you are seizing the individual at the beginning and the constitutional rights are applied from the first second.
Crimes committed by Employees of Police Departments are Not Crimes ?
F, they failed. No c-
the flashlight into the front windshield was racism in action
Racially motivated.
Another gang of racist cops
What's the point of having the Second Amendment to defend us against foreign and domestic Terror including tyrannical government if no one uses it
What is the point of having the Second or even the First if we're not allowed to defend ourselves let alone talk about it? Meanwhile rambunctiousness and aggressive behavior fueled by ill-advised opinion and corruption seem to be the most acceptable way?
Yupp profiling
Can somebody explain to me how you visually estimate a car's speed at night traveling in the opposite direction.
I’m white as hell and even I know the stop was racially motivated. I hope the driver filed a complaint.
What if they had wrecked because of the spotlight, then the officer would have cited the driver for wreck-less driving?
Did anyone pick up on the salary the former officer was making? That is unforgivable
I have to say that I have a massive amount of respect for the driver and his passengers, and I think cops like the ones who pulled this man over should have to face some kind of consequences for bogus stops.
He shined his flashlight into a moving vehicle to look for targets. He's targeting colored people, plain and simple.
He targeted them because they were black
D for blinding the man. He was looking for minorities
All these people fail offering ID
Wouldn't the officer get a F for lying?
I think that officer should have received a much lower grade. Blinding on coming traffic, demanding passenger's IDs and lying about the vehicle speed. To me it seems like a D- at best!!
