Robin Pope, a dedicated mother and breast cancer survivor, found comfort in fitness and a new romantic connection despite still being married. One night, she went to her estranged husband’s home to collect her belongings. Her husband would soon report her and her beloved dog, Bella, missing. Bella’s body was later found on the rocks, while a fisherman discovered Robin’s remains in the water. An autopsy determined Robin likely drowned, but police suspect she didn’t enter the water willingly.

Abusive relationships are so complicated and many people don't understand the complex dynamics (which is a good thing in itself, since it means they've likely not experienced domestic abuse first-hand). As a result of their ignorance, they judge the victims instead of the perpetrators.
Ideally, they wouldn't judge anyone, but that's unlikely from the kind of person who speaks derisively of an abuse victim.
There is no perfect crime. You're not smart enough. You think you are, but so did every star in these videos.

Look, I don’t condone having an affair. While it is awful, it’s almost like you’re trying to find an excuse for an abusive partner.
From the way, this video tells it, the affair didn’t start until after the abuse started, and it had been going on for some time! What do you expect? Again, not condoning it, but an abuse person is going to reach out to somebody that actually cares about them! It’s not hard to figure out!
At the end of the day, this man is very suspect. It just because the woman had an affair does not mean she deserve to die! You have people that do affairs when the partners are not abusive at all! I have more venom for those type of folks than for people like this!
