Accused Gilgo Beach Serial Killer Rex Heuermann was back in court Tuesday for a hearing over evidence in the case. Heuermann’s lawyer, Michael Brown, pushed back on the evidence the district attorney says he has that points to Heuermann as the killer. How did they determine the deaths occurred when Asa and family were out of town. By Rex's palm pilot? These bodies weren't discovered immediately so time of death cannot be that closely nailed down. Not saying the family was involved, I just question being ruled out so definitively.
I was in the court room and attended the press conference. The next court date is October 16th. I wonder if there will be a trial date set at that time.
