2. In my opinion, this is a cut and dried second degree murder conviction. She laughed, cursed him, laughed and called him "stupid" when he begged her to let him out because he couldn't breathe. If she is smart enough to send repeated letters to her attorneys, plus a fifteen page letter to a judge, she is smart enough to know that a person will suffocate if he is left in a suitcase for a few hours. Remember, she got sraight As in hight school.
