7. That disgusting human should not be allowed to be labeled as a mother. That’s sweet baby girl was born to a monster who had endless options to leave her children behind and live the party life she wanted. No way will I ever believe that she seriously thought that a bottle and a play pen would keep her alive. She knew what she was doing. She had an older child so she knew what it takes to keep a baby alive. Absolutely disgusting. She belongs in a cage with a bottle of spoiled milk and one diaper. Apparently that’s what she thinks is all that’s needed to live 💔 now her older sister has to live knowing that she was born to an evil woman and she is so lucky to be alive now and loved. I hope she has a beautiful life.

9. What about the 70 hours of witness interviews taken within weeks after the homicide? Police taped over the audio not once but in 2 separate occasions. They also didn’t document the witness list so no one could be contacted even 7 years later. Evidence denied to the defendant could have exonerated him.

10. It's always suspicious when a person dies and the surviving spouse stands to lose a lifestyle, it reeks of murder…

13. You’ll never convince me Kegan Kline wasn’t involved in this murder. He was catfishing them the exact time and place they ended up murdered. KK (and his father) 100% set this up for RA to commit.

14. I was excited to hear what attorney has to say about the Delphi case but as soon as I heard he said the “judge’s doing a good job,” I knew I was wasting my time. So many that followed the Delphi case think she’s doing a lousy job.

15. Is the inexperience of the prosecutor in the Delphi case shining through?

16. It was actually the prosecution that wanted to go forward with the contempt hearings and yes it was a giant waste of time. The defense requested it be held after the rapidly approaching trial. That was denied. And that’s not all, the prosecution has been withholding evidence from the defense, they erased 70 DAYS worth of video and audio footage from interviews following the murders. There’s some really shady things happening right now in Delphi, Indiana. While we all want justice for Abby and Libby, that doesn’t happen if we put the wrong guy in prison. RA is innocent until proven guilty just like the rest of us and deserves a fair chance to prove his innocence.

19. It's heartbreaking .There are so many women who really want to have a child, and then you hear about this monster who does something so horrible to such a precious baby; it's just shameful. She had options, like taking the child to Child Protective Services or finding her a loving home. But no, she went and did something downright monstrous. It's just messed up.But anyway I really enjoyed the episode and the lawyer’s perspective, Good Job Joshua.

22. She didn't want the child. I'm 43 and never have I've seen so many horrible mothers like this. In the past 15 years (probably more), I've seen so many cases of mothers confirming they should never have children. Using mental health issues is an excuse. She was mentally fit to take that vacation and get D1cked down everyday. Also, she should get another 100 years for using god and religion as an excuse. No accountability and extreme entitlement complex. This is most modern women today.

24. In regard to the Delphi case, I think RA is the right guy. Without a known criminal background, I don’t believe he went out intending to murder, but he was somehow enraged by the girls during a chance encounter. We have heard so many rumors and half-truths that I bet are BS – such as staging of the scene with arranged sticks, placement of dolls, police planting the unspent cartridge, etc…. The truth is likely much more straightforward. Unfortunately, that will bore the conspiracy nuts.

28. My 18 yo son asked me today if I heard about the baby who was left alone for 10 days. Of course, I heard about it bc I watch true crime YouTube. I told him I heard. I asked him about his thoughts. He is not a dad but even he knew how wrong her actions were. I asked him what she should have done instead. He and I had a conversation that assured me that he understands what being a parent entails. That mom knew what she was doing and didn't care if her daughter died. She is where she belongs. Hell is her next stop.

I've stated this before, if I got myself into a legal jam, I'd feel at least greatly relieved if I knew I had Josh Ritter on my side representing me. Josh does not sugarcoat anything, and I may not be thrilled with some of his advice but at least I'm intelligent enough to know when to heed it! The significant total indifference of that vacationing Ohio mother is a sick story that will haunt me the rest of my life. 32. I don't live too far from Delphi Indiana. I say go on with this POS's trial. The main thing to look at is #1 those 2 beautiful girls are dead and #2 is there evidence that he killed them?? TRIAL PLEASE!!
    The little angel left in Ohio my heart breaks for. I would have taken care of her for that 10 days. I just hope that the toilet in the POS prison cell overflows and she has to be in it for a few days!!!

34. Sitting here with my 16 month old son I am heartbroken and disgusted by this case. I cannot imagine what that little baby girl went through. Life without parole seems like it is not enough.
