   Baldwin foolishly, sloppily, unprofessionally, irresponsibly and without regret killed the film’s cinematographer while fooling around with the unchecked gun and while ignoring direction because, well, he was the STAR!
   And the State threw the whole case away…
   I understand he and his familialy are embarking on a new reality show. Isn’t that wonderful for the Baldwins! Ms. Habba’s future plans are unknown..
   Am I supposed to believe that justice has been served 21st Century style?

3. In many people's opinions the remaining procecuter didn't screw up. She did exactly what she was paid to do, along with others on this case! Thank Goodness that Johnson has morals.

4. it goes to show, if you want to do what you want and get away with it, just go and become a leftist bad actor, by the look on that womans face telling about why the DA resigned , MS Johnson didn't agree to being paid not to turn in evidence, so she got out. (my opinion only nothing more) are maybe the DA wouldnt go along with kari getting paid and left.

I almost watched a different channel thinking you wouldn't be covering the why of the case being dismissed. Props to her for coming on your channel and standing by her morals though.

12. On the face of it, the evidence wasn’t relevant to Alec Baldwin’s defence (or to the armorer’s) but it still should have been disclosed.

19. I totally believe that Seth Kenny's was all mixed up in what happened. And he made sure other people took the fall so he could walk away scott free!
    And I also believe that Morrisey wanted to make a name for herself no matter what.

20. When I first saw all of this going down I thought the prosecutor intentionally blocked the evidence. But after having paid a bit more attention to her I think it was simply hubris. She tried to run the court room, she tried to be the one person in charge of everything. Because of this attitude, she couldn’t conceive of why anyone else thought the ammo mattered when she didn’t.

    All in all she is the wrong type of person to be a prosecutor.

23. The case needed to be dismissed after the initial investigation. There is no murder charge either in common law or the MPC that could have possibly stuck to Alec Baldwin. What a crockpot load of crap the prosecution cooked up
