He was actively handling quite detailed cases and was present in the courtroom. There’s no way he could function in that capacity by being on opioids! Drugs are a cover for both his behaviour and his crimes! The money is in protected China banks or Swiss or Cayman Islands accounts! It will take a lot of perseverance but feds need to track it down!!!
