Amber and Robbie have been in jail for over a year now.
They were indicted by a Grand Jury .
They are trying to fight the charges to be dismissed.
Trial is yet again set for Dec 18th

On the Cummings issue. Wow just wow I mean I'm. Not surprised that it went like it did, let me explain.
In 2013 I was busted for sells of cannabis by a person who wore a wire on me to get out of his trouble. Then I started having several court dates. In them court date I had seen this same judge, let violence driven. People and pedophiles walk out while people with simple drug charges where being.punished to. The max. It literally blew my mind. For example a man went up and was being charged for shooting a man with an assault rifle in the leg. The judge didn't care really. Up. Until the man told the judge he shot.him.over weed. At that time the judge dropped the gun charge but gave him time over the weed. Another example a pedophile was there for the third time for not signing the registry for sex offenders but got to just leave with a new dead line set a year later. Another example a man who has been caught multiple time being a pedophile still lives a half block From a elementary school. I know this cause he tried with my daughter which is what got him. Caught finally.
This is unacceptable by so many means. This is not the first case where this happens. Can someone explain why it's so important to put away people for drugs, which hurts nobody except the user but these violent or pedophile people who change other people's lives don't get punishment? I can only imagine how bad it is across the United States.

A little bit off topic, but I'm feeling kinda sorry for the guy on the right, though.
The person who babysat Amiah back in February according to the husband showed a new station a search warrant that was handed to them it had no address on it and it did not have where they were supposed to be searching. It is a very odd looking search warrant. I understand law enforcement wants to find the baby but had they found any evidence it would have been thrown out of court because they were rushing a search warrant. The husband is very angry they keep coming back there. The backyard and side yard are full of trash and a dog of theirs is buried there. Although I understand their anger,I would let them search and I found it strange they only searched one area of the yard which was near where their dog is buried. I honestly hope that police do not have tunnel vision and not just focusing on the babysitter. They need to start bringing the hammer down on the mom and her boyfriend because. They released the boyfriend from jail on forgery charges . I find it strange it was 2 am when she was reported missing,that to me is a very strange hour to report a baby missing then to learn she had not been seen for a week prior to the missing person's report
