  1. This video shows a very recent police interaction that occurred in Barbour County, West Virginia. It shows Barbour County Sheriff’s Deputy Christian Mayle violently pulling a man named Vince out of a car. Vince is a nurse and was on his way to the nursing home where he works. His longtime girlfriend was driving him. They were pulled over on an allegation of the car going “left of center.” The traffic stop actually ended and a warning citation was issued to the girlfriend/driver. But then, suddenly Deputy Mayle ordered both occupants out of the vehicle. When Vince questioned his authority to do so, the officer cited Pennsylvania v. Mimms and quickly lost his temper, macing Vince and pulling him violently from the car.

  2. Now i know this wasn't the whole video, but i never once heard anyone ask the driver to exit and the law actually states his authority ended the moment the warning ticket was issued after that the stop is over and he has lost his authority to detain and seeing what u think could be drug use other than the driver being intoxicated. If he thought the driver was intoxicated, then he should have addressed that issue before issuing his warning.

  3. Opinions make people weak and cancel reality to protect their opinion. If reality has only truth and lying in it, so what is compromise? Compromise is the mixing of truth and lying together so no one lives by truth. Meanwhile the church is based on faith, which teaches you to pray instead of fight the lies the way the founding fathers did.

  4. The people for years have given up their constitutional rights, but now they are reading and enforcing those rights to cops that don't read what they say they are protecting. This is causing war that Gov't will use to put us back under surrender that the cops want.

  5. To be honest, if the guy just got out of the car, this have not have turned into that, lol … Often times people who set up these scenarios have zero respect for police & are looking for their 15 minutes of fame for moments like this. Youre a lawyer so youre already looking for problems & defending this guy no matter what, lol.

  6. I BELIEVE THE STOP WAS OVER ONCE HE HANDED BACK THE PAPER WORK WITH THE WARNING,THE SUPREME COURT RULED ON THIS…SENSE THE STOP WAS OVER HE HAD ZERO PROBABLE CAUSE TO FURTHER THE DETAINMENT…

  7. You the man!

So we all need to add to our repertoire the question / something to the effect of “officer do you believe that I’m armed” when they attempt to pull us out of our cars. Any answer other than “yes and here’s why” negates P v M.

  8. There is no ban on steroid useage for law enforcement although i think there should be for the reasons you mentioned. Random Drug inc steroid and alcohol testing should be mandatory.

  9. I just read the report. I have 2 K9's. There is no way his dog alerted at the very spot he just sprayed mace. That is a false alert and a reaction to the mace. This guy lied all around and should be barred from serving as an officer.

  10. If you tested every officer for steroid use right now probably 75% of the officers in the USA would fail and get fired immediately.

  11. Okay.. So American Police (WestVirginia) they see a hand shacking or the arm shacking… You are acting nervously… Calls for K9… Use that Court Case to order you out the car, charge you with obstruction and resisting arrest… wow its such a sad place..

  12. This cop is a certified state agent he is above security and below police does this resonate with any one 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 METRO STATE 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  13. I guess its ok for cops to take steeoids. They need every advatage but they should also be able to keep the added agression in check. That little guy hes no threat to that cop. Why rustle em up.

  14. I'm a registered dietitian

I have to do exams that are physical, they're required.

When I see swollen hands, never do I ever think drugs first, but cardiac or pulmonary conditions.

  15. No amount of guaranteed strength gain would ever convince me to take a drug that causes impotence. It is unsurprising that some of these cops are looking for someone to take out their anger on. They have been cheated out of a really important aspect of being human.

  16. A lot of people become police officers because they have mental issues and want to express them with the power of their police position and weapons. Knowing this I just politely follow instructions even knowing my rights have been violated. I'm 77 and just don't have the energy or the mental strength to stand up for my rights although I admire those who do. I realize that the one's who do stand up for their rights are the reason I have mine.
