  1. The policeman wants to have a 'conversation' but while he is doing that, he is getting paid, are you?? No, so politely decline to engage, he is taking your time, so don't give him a second more of it than you need to.

  2. The problem is there are two parties who can propose what is reasonable, and the cop tends to think they are the judge of what is reasonable. He may be wrong, but at the scene, he has the taser and the gun and the backup and he is the boss. You can only hope the cop has a conscience and is open to the idea that maybe they don't have an articulable premise for the action they are taking. Really, I'm thinking of putting together a three-ring binder with the applicable statutes and court cases so the officer can show me why they are right. I'll give it to them as a present when we're done. Then they can use it to optimize their traffic stops by citing chapter and verse from the written law and showing it to the driver. No need for an argument, there's the law.

  3. Being nervous is not evidence of speeding. Cops look for anything to justify a detainment or arrest. You should not talk to them as this guy is. Did you hear the cop admit that he loves searching cars? Why did he open the trunk or the doors if he doesn't have to? You shouldn't say or do anything that you don't have to because cops will do anything they can to get something incriminating from you. Cops can lie to you per our Supreme Court. In the video the cop plays the innocent soul and he blames any trouble on the driver .If this driver had kept his mouth closed and stayed in his car the stop would have been over very quickly. This driver helped the cop gather evidence against himself. How stupid is that? TRUMP/VANCE MAGA 2024

  4. fact is we live in a police state. cop wants to search your car, he will do it. whether or not he has the "right", what are you going to do, try to stop him? bam instant arrest for "resisting" and then of course he will search your car. if he finds anything, you're fucked. if he doesn't find anything, he can plant it. either way, you're fucked. welcome to Amerikka.

  5. Seeing the driver with his black girlfriend was definitely a factor in this cop's assumption that this guy must be on drugs. That wasn't the only time that's happened, and, no, it won't be the last. I'm surprised he didn't assume she was a prostitute.
