Dragging a legal adult unwillingly to a school they shouldn't be at is wild
Transporting a citizen falls under 18 USC 241 and is a FELONY under federal law. In this case it could never be an arrest, the "student" was not a "student". ONCE they placed him in cuffs, this became FALSE ARREST and any movement even to the police car is actually KIDNAP. These officers need to be arrested , tried and convicted and spend 5 years in Federal Prison under 18 USC 242 and 241.
On a JURY I would award 10,000 per MINUTE that he was detained past the time that he told the officer the ONLY REASON that the officer came was that he was being filmed and that he was not a high school student.
The one item that the officers ignored is that MOST high school students do not attempt to uphold constitutional rights and tell officers that they are wrong.
