  1. The UK is worse – the Police are in league with Bailiff's removing people from their owned property, sometimes rented with no debts and rent paid up to date, they assist the Bailiffs that have fake Court documents, and they are prepared to put a 60 year old woman out on the pavement in her wheelchair at 2am, with Stage 4 Cancer, and just leave her there – immigrants occupy her house as part of the security team. The properties are invariably, the same day, listed on the property auction sites. Bailiffs are armed with iron rods, iron door/window rams, and dogs. They are going up and down the country after selecting the easiest targets. To remove an innocent home owner from another house, they have 12 police officers, 10 PCOs, 12 bailiffs, and a line of 12 non-uniformed young men, without any English understanding, queued up to occupy her property. In one invasion, assisted by countless Police that have no jurisdiction because these are Civil matters, the bailiff's smashed a family dog in the face with an iron bar, knocking his teeth out, bloodying his eye and face, until he passed out requiring emergency treatment. Finally the people are finally turning with volunteers, friends, those with legal training, and retired lawyers, property experts, and a single independent reporter prepared to travel the country at the eviction. These smash and grabs are on YouTube. These smash and grabs happen when the resident is at work, on holiday, a second home, or when they're out shopping.

  2. All charges about this case are going forwards and depositions are being taken from the deputies. The county in on the hook, the officers are on the hook and there are a couple lawsuits going forwards. So get them Civil Rights Lawyer of West Virginia!!!

  3. How do police expect respect when they continue to act like this to civilians, why can't they find out first if he does have anything to do with the crime before they arrest him
