  1. Going to try to catch you live this Sunday, but I do have a question.
Does the location of the court affect where the decision is applicable? e.g. Turner v Driver decision is from the 5th circuit. Is this still applicable across the US?

  2. It's kind of an absurd and telling situation when students in school are to say the pledge of allegiance every day but don't get constitutional education, if/where that is the situation.

I wouldn't like if civilian bodycams running all the time became the norm. That would be like a really sad end-stage cynicism where the civilian population fully jumps on board with the idea of a need for total surveillance. – People have on-demand phone cam. That should suffice.

I know the example of watching CNN and FOX was just that, an example to make a point, but I still need to add that the Venn diagram overlap of those news outlets is too big. Maybe a better example would be to contrast any US news network with RT. (Although that would still not be an ideal example since RT has higher standards of journalistic integrity … if we ignore the occasional obvious tabloid-style content.)

How to deal with the problem that civilian oversight committees can corrupt, too: We need to cultivate things that reduce the very trait of corruptibility, and since all those systems run on people, it will be a personal virtue cultivation, i.e. spiritual wisdom teachings need to be promoted. Sorry, what is needed is nothing short of a 'gilding of society', an age of enlightenment. I am saying this so that people don't waste resources on getting entangled with petty symptoms. While there may still be a need to fight on all fronts, so to speak, symtoms so easily become a distraction. – Everybody has to – to some degree feasible – fight the big issues. And for that they need to attain the qualification – how to establish good statecraft and contribute to a healthy society.
But if that was in any way in actual demand, I'd be rich. There just won't be a desire before the shit really hit the fan, and maybe not even then. Some stuff is just too ahead of the times and people who struggle to change the system are unaware to what degree they are still a part of the problem dynamic.

It is shocking to hear that apparently continued checks of job qualification are lacking in a field of government employment for enforcing the violence monopoly. That's scandalous that it is lapsing. (I would really assume it exists to a degree – probably called performance review – but not widely enough. – Ultimately all this are shortcomings due to resource scarcity. Good luck trying to end capitalism in the USA. 😉)

  3. Wow man 👏👏 you nailed it on your pilot episode!!! Not at all surprised by this a course you offer nothing but quality information and now also offer dialogue. My respect and appreciation to you sir!! Look forward to future content and thrilled to be witnessing something great in the making!

  4. Many years ago I started viewing "auditor-type" videos. I quickly realized that many of these video were either mis-leading or missed the whole story. More and more frequently, I found myself searching for related laws, statutes, court decisions and dispositions related to the original video incident.

When I discovered ATA, I was thrilled with the content and I remain so. Remarkably, your selection of videos to analyze often seems to coincide with videos I've previously watched and researched. Your analyses of these videos is thorough, insightful and educational. I especially like your objectivity.

    Many thanks for your efforts.

  5. Hello there John Wayne, I really love what you do here, and I wanted to comment somewhere in the hopes that you just might see this (and if any of you other guys want to boost this message to make sure he gets it, I'd appreciate it greatly)
As it happens I just discovered a 1A audit channel who I think is an incredible example of what 1A auditors should be. In fact, besides your channel, his is the only one I subscribed to almost immediately.
The name of his channel is Amagansett Press (and I strongly suggest all you audit fans check him out) and I would love to see him covered on your channel at same point (I haven't yet although it's possible I may have missed one, and just to be extra clear I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I was actually just that impressed with his channel and his knowledge/demeanor).
I actually just left a similar comment on his channel explaining pretty much to same thing and, again, I'd love to see some kind of crossover or feature with you guys.
Thanks for (hopefully) hearing me out and keep up the great work!

  6. Utah is supposedly a stop and ID state. Yet, I’ve read the Utah laws and they don’t sound any different requiring a crime to occurring and the usual things auditors say. I’m confused at what stop and ID is?

  7. Dude they are coming for you mehn. You are informing the people and teaching them how to think for themselves.

    But Damn. I can't believe I missed this Q&A.

My question would be. Have you been harassed or questioned by anyone in Law Enforcement or Government Entities after Audit the Audit channel gained traction and became popular

  8. It's funny how I cannot have the notifications turned on for your channel. Hmmm…
Tyranny of the left controlling our thoughts. Keep up the work!

  9. I really love this format you have going on. I have watched your videos for 3 years or so. And I've been very very educated on this stuff. And I feel confident on some of this stuff because of your videos.

I feel sad when you said that you won't be making this kind of stuff in 5 years in the future or so. I've learned so much and know there is much much much more for me to learn. To me 5 years just goes by so fast. And to me 5 years is too soon.

But I'll miss you doing videos like these if you happen to stop doing them.

But in my heart it has a small crack in it knowing that you will eventually stop doing this kind of stuff.

But just know that I will watch you till the end. 🙂

  10. Great episode!…don't worry about the episode's length… definitely worth listening! We don't mind even longer episodes !
I'll be listening 10-15min every day until next sunday!

  11. Hey ATA, could you add timestamps with the topics? I'm enjoying this video and would like to be able to reference parts of this later.
