9. Courts continue getting these cases wrong over and over and over again. Taking children from parents who literally know far more about the situation than the courts ever will and are trying to protect their kids and giving them over to parents who abuse the children. But these same courts will waste no time trying to imprison the parents protecting the kids if they refuse these unjust orders. Honestly at this point every time a child is injured or dies at the hands of an abusive parent the court system enabled, the judge needs held criminally accountable. If I , as a parent, failed to protect my child from someone abusing them, I would be held criminally responsible by the court system. It’s only fair, that if the court system itself enables abusive parents or abusive adults, they ALSO need held criminally accountable.

14. My heart breaks so bad for his mother 😢I lost a child too when he was a baby, but not under as horrific circumstances as her! I really wish I could afford to donate, but I am a single mother as well and living paycheck to paycheck. I just really hopes that her and her son get the justice they deserve!!!

I can’t imagine what it must feel like to lose your baby, especially when they are taken away because his father and girlfriend are scumbags.
