  1. Throw the book at the narcissist!!! He's always been one to get in front of a crowd and run his big mouth!!! But anyway he should have checked the gun before he fired it!!! When it comes to a gun you never trust what someone else says!!!!!

  2. Lol… It was on Matlock… When a man was accused of killing his wife. Ben Matlock pointed to the court doors and said, no body, what if she was to walk threw these doors Right Now? And everyone looked

  3. The claim that he did not pull the trigger has worked out well as the gun may well have been damaged during FBI inspection. The over zealous special prosecutor had to step down because she had dual governmental roles.

  4. Why do people think that dismembering a body is going to make them innocent. I have seen enough that
You can’t get rid of the evidence. Not too smart on their part. 😒😒😒😒😞

  5. Both of you equating driving cars with shooting guns.. remember a gun is a WEAPON designed only to kill.
A car is device designed to TRANSPORT you from point A to B!!
Surely there ought to be more laws around the possession and handling of guns!!
How was there a LIVE BULLET in an actors dud gun??? Of course this is criminal negligence!

  6. So the rest of the world would have involuntary manslaughter charges and get around 10-15yrs. This entire american justice system and govt is the stupidest s*** ever seen. What a joke. Nothin but clowns no wonder biden was crowned they needed a complete moron so they could sell the rest of the country. And all you americans just bend over. Pathetic

  7. It boils down to Baldwin shot a gun with out the proper steps . We can’t judge . We are human . Honestly they can’t bring her back so just come to a settlement 💰. Baldwin is not a killer .

  8. “Is this shaping to be a strong case?” What a ridiculous question. Didn’t you mention somewhere that you’ve been in this line of work over 20 years?

  9. Can't watch this due to the dude with glasses talking about a woman's death with a giant smile on his face. ( I also think that 5-6 years prison is way, way, way too lite of a sentence ) ( typical of how celebrities are treated differently then non celebrities )

  10. Can you please discuss the Alex Murdaugh murders trial and the Danny Masterson retrial in a future Sidebar episode? I always appreciate the insight and expertise that you bring to the cases that you discuss on this podcast.

  11. If the shooting was the only incident in an otherwise safe working environment, then yes, maybe it was just an accident. But the numerous reports of violations on the set showed a pattern of reckless disregard for safety regulations laid out by the industry. That is what can make it carry criminal liability.

  12. Baldwin's an egomaniacal, narcissistic, low life…most celebs are. Angry, nasty, arrogant, Marxist trash. Thinks he's God's gift to the world. If he's not mentally unstable, I'm Queen of England. Ditto, his wife those poor kids. Making a horrific tragedy all about himself! Of course, he's guilty. What? He gets the glory, but not the pain. Things don't just happen there's a reason for everything. He killed someone a fine woman, mother, friend, gone forever. Deserves at minimum five years no plea deal. For a Judge, Jury, not to punish him because he's famous, wealthy, won't be a surprise. It'd be a travesty of justice.

  13. Alec Baldwin had an obligation to act and not worry about live rounds. It is a fact that in the discipline of Human Factors, not behavioural biology, which is the study of human error, humans don't multi task without specific training (i.e. BALDWIN THAT GUN IS HOT AND COCKED). As a producer and actor, there is enormous pressure on Alec to act, thus he pays others to do their job. An airline pilot suffers from set/rig failure, NTSB will scrutinise the pilot completely, but if it was the set it would be rig failure, and not the pilot. Alec is not guilty of acting as the gun went off, but guilty as a producer, as an airline would be, of hiring the gunsmith. Therefore the gunsmith is x y z, and the producer held to account.

  14. Why would there have been ANY live rounds? That they were mixed in is a secondary question because they don't belong anywhere on a set. Second, why point it at Halyna Hutchins? She wasn't the actress/actor in the scene. Alec shouldn't have pointed it at her in ANY case. Was he kidding around? Has anybody even asked him why he did?
