Your take on Baldwin is charitable to say the least. It's agreed prosecutor Morrissey screwed up. So he was acquitted on procedure, not on the case facts. And criminally, not civilly. Nevertheless Production (i.e. AB) negligently hired an inexperienced, underqualified armoror on the cheap, with foreseeable consequences. Plus, he recklessly violated industry on-set protocols. A mother, wife, daughter, talented cinematographer is dead. And justice has been served?

Reed did NOT hit him, no DNA on the shards of the taillight = no contact with the victim. And all the things proven about the injuries and the selling of the house and the disappearing of the dog, the internet searches about 'a body in snow' etc… he did NOT die from a car "accident"!
This was a botched case. 2 other people should have been charged. I mean they practically admit to how they didn't do there job

Hi Josh, There’s no evidence that the jury acquitted KR on count one and three. None of the jurors signed affidavits stating it and many people think it was part of KR’s PR campaign. As you know Judge Cannone rejected this however KR and her attorneys appealed it to the MA Supreme Court. It was heard by the panel of judges and they haven’t made a decision yet.
I don’t know if you’re aware that second degree murder in Massachusetts is different than some other states. The prosecution says that her actions of putting her Lexus in reverse and driving 24 mph goes to second degree. I tried linking the MA Gov website but for some reason I couldn’t. Hank Brennan said in the last heating that KR knows she hit John O’Keefe.
Literally anybody not Alec Baldwin would have been tried and convicted. “I didn’t know it was loaded” has never been a valid defense, and never should be. All guns are loaded unless proven otherwise. FFS.
Baldwin was handed a weapon and he did not clear it.

I'm sorry, you are incorrect on alec.Baldwin. he absolutely should have check that weapon. It is an individual responsibility period regardless of setting fame or money. What you're saying is that every time somebody is handed a weapon, they are no longer responsible for checking it, which means yeah, the teenager playing around with his father's gun, but he doesn't know is loaded and kills his friend is not responsible. YOU ARE WRONG. AND APPROACHING IT THAT WAY SETS A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT. rule number one of any firearm handling. It is that you always assume, but the weapon is loaded. Rule number 2 is you never point a gun. That's something you don't want to destroy. Rule number 3, you should keep your booger hook off the Bang switch. Until you're ready to actually fire, it It's probably or not. Rule number 4, there's know your target in what is behind it. He killed one person and injured another. Those are RULES. STANDARDS. yeah, they're for a reason. Alec Baldwin. It does not get a pass. Ignorance is no excuse is What any officer would tell you, if you don't know the speed limit.
Truthers know the Baldwin shooting was intentional. It was a sacrifice. The poor girl was the true victim. There's absolutely no reason to have real bullets & a real gun on set. There's no way, as an actor, would I allow anyone to point a real gun at me for any reason. Movie, it not. It better be a fake gun. I was raised on guns since childhood. I used to clean Dad's rifle for him. 5 kids in the house. Nevet had an incident. The Baldwin shooting may not have been the prop girl's fault, but someone set that up to happen. Someone powerful.
