  1. The "star witness" was brought in 9 years later and identified Jamie. That's insane, after 9 years he could not have recognized the murderer yet he went along with it and chose a random guy and ruined his life. Sure, maybe Martinez recanted since but he had the responsibility to be honest and say "after 9 years ai cannot recognize the men in this lineup".

  2. Everything about this is wrong, unfair, willful and disgusting.
Did you know you can not trust the FBI either? The store removed, old evidence gone and no way to show that no one could see anything. Hmmm, I am putting air in my tires and still there when the police come? This man needs to be let out and paid good for time in their prison. Flat out, you have NOTHING. YOU ARE CORUPT. DID YOU DNA TEST THE WITNESS????

  3. Wow and how tf did they not come up with maybe one the two "witnesses" might been the gooddamm murderer this issshhhh is just disgusting and how can 12 people agree he didd it man what us wrong wi these people our lives are really in they hands it's completely horrifying man smfhhhh

  4. what an absolutely infuriating case! if he would have been issued a decent lawyer he wouldn't have been sentenced. I think the judge who presided over sister in law's case should have stepped up and said Snow deserved a retrial since all witnesses were proven wrong

  5. And you wonder why no one trusts the police and prosecutors anymore. This is a classic example of what goes on all over the country.

  6. Stopping halfway through. Why is it in some cases you can’t get the prosecutors off their ass, even when they are sure and in others they have no idea who did it and can come out like bulldogs?

  7. I’m from Bloomington, I can tell you the police are shady asf. I was wrongfully convicted of burglary and sentenced to probation and years of getting denied from countless jobs. I couldn’t imagine a murder OMG

  8. Bullies want innocent people to take plea deals for no other reason than to pad their stats.

The justice department cares about W's, not justice.

  9. Why would police keep asking the same man to identify the suspect. This is total BS. Anyone that’s picking someone else each time is not a reliable witness. After 8 years it’s very hard to remember a face you only save for a split second. I can’t even remember faces I’ve seen for much longer.I hope he’s been out since this video posted.

  10. NEVER TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST.

You can be convicted even if you pass a dozen with Flying Colors AND you will be the main "suspect" if you fail. Idk why folks take those tests for.

  11. 1. This feels personal, like the cops or one cop in particular already had something against Snow and used this case to get back at him.
    2. One of the witnesses is the actual murderer.

  12. Beyond ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting. Police would rather keep an innocent man in prison than just simply admit they made a mistake… And they wonder why people hate them so much?

  13. Unbelievable.
I hope he gets out and sues the people who incarcerated him.
Nothing can make him get back the time he’s lost. Also missing out on his children growing up is especially despicable.
Every cop and the DA who worked on this case should be held accountable and fired. Absolutely disgusting when they enforce their own rules and convict someone without any shred of evidence.
Also despicable are the people who gave false testimonies for attention. They should be going to jail each and everyone of them who lied in court. It’s called Perjury which is against the law itself and a felony. Plain and simple.
Stupid cops and DA here. They don’t even understand law.

  14. This almost happened to my own husband and we went through hell but made it out! My husband didn’t go to prison, but almost did for 25-life. I don’t know how we did it but we had to come up with $10,000 cash for his $100,000 bond! Then over $75,000 for attorneys!!!! After 8 yes 8 DAs they finally dropped the case!! If the da sees it’s a weak case they’ll pass it on to another da!!!! That was the worst 2 yrs of my life! The so called “justice system “ need a total overhaul!!!

  15. F#$k the Police and Everyone Else who set Jamie up!!!!! FREE JAMIE SNOW AND FIND THE REAL KILLER!!! R.I.P BILLY LITTLE 😢😢 💔💔💙💙

  16. Unfortunately petty criminals are prime targets for being set up by the police. Another reason not to commit crimes, no matter how small.
