There should be a law against cops, who arrest disabled individuals for having disabilities and then go and retaliate after they figure out, they screwed up.

All police really need to trained to LET PEOPLE GO when there is nothing to talk about. They cannot deal with the idea of a person other than them having any control. If they were thinking at all, they wouldn't act that way. These two are among the worst. If they had wanted to be violent toward him, I believe they would have just done it, based on how freely they just lock people up for being critical.

All cops should have drug tests every morning before going on shift. I seriously think a lot of them are high on some kind of narcotic ….the way they see and do things. Also paranoid most of the time. Definitely on some kind of drugs. No other explanation.
