Bodycam: Disturbing Screams Lead Cops to Alleged Killer’s Home Before Girlfriend’s Murder – Everything Law and Order Blog

In a chilling incident captured on bodycam footage, Florida deputies can be seen confronting 32-year-old Paul Henry Digiacinto at his Pompano Beach home in September, following reports from concerned neighbors who reported hearing “disturbing screams” coming from the residence. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, unaware that this encounter would be a precursor to a far more tragic event that would unfold just a month later.

In October, Digiacinto allegedly took the life of his girlfriend, Kyla Arce, and attempted to murder his own father in his parents’ Coral Springs home. The situation escalated into an hours-long standoff with the SWAT team, as authorities attempted to negotiate with Digiacinto and bring the incident to a peaceful resolution. Tragically, when the standoff finally ended, Kyla Arce was found dead, and Digiacinto was placed under arrest for his alleged crimes. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie delves into the disturbing details of this case, analyzing the bodycam footage from the September confrontation and the subsequent events that led to the heartbreaking loss of Kyla Arce’s life.

  1. I am not even sad for her. She bought this by herself by protecting her psycho boyfriend. Whatever her reason is, whether it is "love," fear, or being financially dependent, she cost her own life.

  2. I don’t feel sorry for her. Women are kidnapped and held hostage all the time praying that law enforcement or someone will come to their rescue. Victims are often assaulted in broad daylight and bystanders are more inclined to record the incident or ignore it than step in to help. Here we have the police begging to help this woman and she’s acting like she’s in the twilight zone. I am NOT victim blaming. I’m asking adults to take responsibility for their own lives.

  3. This girl had the opportunity to stop what she knew was happening, and she didn't take it…No-one else's fault , hope this maniac never gets out of Jail, Girls Listen up These guys need to be stopped, because they wont stop until they are put away in Jail and held accountable, Don't leave it till the next time to do something about it, sometimes you don't get another chance

  4. Well, if she was getting killed right then and there, she wouldn’t get no help from the police since they took forever to open the door! if somebody says somebody screaming and getting hurt, you don’t give them that many chances before you kick in the door or whatever

  5. She slipped and said "I'm not pressing charges." Cops should never ever tell who called the police. He pointed out everyone that called and told on the guy next door for what he said. Shouldnt do that

  6. Do you think that talking to her in front of him and then yelling at her once she’s by herself is really going to make her talk. She’s already a victim of abuse from her partner then you want to scold her !?!?! All that’s going on in her mind is his going to beat me after he sees me talking to the cops and the cop talking to her is worried about his red hands !!! WTH 🤦🏽‍♀️
